1. The products produced and sold by our company have a one-year warranty and lifelong maintenance, and promptly meet the repair requests submitted by customers.

2. Follow up users of our company’s products from time to time to understand the use of the products in a timely manner and solve the problems encountered in a timely manner.

3. For the services required by users, change to provide video guidance on installation technology.

4. Within 12 months from the date of sale, the company provides free repairs for failures caused by product quality and not other reasons (except for wearing parts sensors)

5. For repairs beyond the warranty scope (caused by human and force majeure), the company only charges the cost of replacing materials and the basic service fee for on-site repairs.

6. From the date of receipt of the product, if the product color difference, product type, factory accessories, etc. are inconsistent with the purchased product, we should inform us in writing or by email within 7 working days.

7. If the instrument does not receive verbal notification from the user within 30 days or written notification from the user within 60 days from the date of receipt of the product, the product will be deemed to have been put into operation.
